Practice Areas: Mr. Woods concentrates his practice on federal and state telecommunications and cable law, regulation, litigation, transactions and advocacy, and mergers and acquisitions involving local and long distance telecommunications carriers, cable telephony providers and information service providers. He has appeared before numerous public utility commissions throughout the United States. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Woods was in-house counsel for MCI, served with the consumer utility advocate in the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs, and in private practice in St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri.
